Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities for uPVC Doors & Windows.

- Visit builders, architects, contractors, dealers, fabricators and project sites.

- Promote and explain the company's uPVC products to customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

- Identify new projects and potential customers in the assigned area.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.

- Negotiate prices and close sales as per company guidelines.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.

- Coordinate with the technical, production and installation teams.

- Follow up on orders, delivery, installation and customer requirements.

- Maintain daily customer/lead follow-up records.

- Submit regular sales and market reports to management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.





- Robust sales and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of uPVC Doors & Windows is preferred.

- Experience in building materials/construction products will be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of the local market.

- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
