Key Responsibilities

Visit doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare professionals regularly.

Promote Griham Healthcare’s Home Care, Nursing Care, Critical Care, Patient Care, and Healthcare Staffing services.

Generate new business leads and convert them into clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare referral sources.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory.

Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily visit records.

Follow up with leads, clients, doctors, and referral partners.

Coordinate with the operations team for successful service delivery.

Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly sales and client-acquisition targets assigned by management.

Submit daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Participate in marketing campaigns, health camps, promotional activities, and company events.

Maintain qualified communication and represent the company positively in the market.

Required Qualifications

Graduate preferred.

Candidates with experience in Healthcare Marketing / Hospital Marketing / Home Care / Medical Sales / Business Development will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Ability to work independently and conduct regular field visits.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant marketing/business development experience preferred.

Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.

Additional Requirement – Kolkata Position

Candidate with a valid driving licence preferred, as the role involves regular field visits.
