FMCG Sales & Marketing Executive – Spices | Commission Based
About Agnitra Spices
Agnitra Spices is a growing FMCG brand offering quality spices and food products. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our retail and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and develop relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, marts, and distributors.
- Generate new sales leads and acquire new retailers and distributors.
- Promote and sell Agnitra Spices products in the assigned market.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Present products, pricing, offers, and business opportunities to potential customers.
- Follow up with retailers and distributors and generate regular orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and current customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective field sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to approach and communicate with retailers and distributors.
- Sales/FMCG experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in the spices or food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good sales and communication skills can also apply.
- Must be willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
Compensation: 100% Commission Based – No Fixed Salary.
Commission will be paid based on successful sales/orders. The commission structure and payment terms will be discussed during the interview.
