About us

Embtel Web Solutions is the Zirakpur operations centre for a US-headquartered group (Fremont, California) of 30+ businesses in credential evaluation, accounting, immigration and business services, staffing, IT and education. Our teams here work directly with US clients.

We don't need experience. We need people who can learn.

We hire freshers on purpose. You don't need a sales or marketing background, a big-name college, or a polished résumé. We will train you in our services, our tools, and our way of working. What you must already have:

1. Comfort with computers. Email, Google Sheets/Excel, internet research, and learning new apps quickly.
2. Ability to read and understand. You can read instructions or a service page and explain it clearly in your own words.
3. A can-do attitude. When you don't know something, you try to figure it out, and you take feedback without getting defensive.

What you'll do

1. Sales track: call and follow up with US businesses who have enquired about our services, understand their needs,



and book consultations.
2. Marketing track: create social media posts and simple graphics, improve our website content, and help generate enquiries.

Your final track is decided by what you show during selection and training, not only by what you apply for.

How it works

You start with a 4-week paid internship with full training: company philosophy, services, CRM, Google Workspace and Canva, followed by shadowing, supervised work and independent work. Interns who meet the bar convert to permanent Executives with a pay increase and a written 12-month growth path: Executive → Senior Executive → Team Lead.

Who should apply

Final-year students and recent graduates from any stream (BBA, BCom, BCA, BA, MBA and others). You need a laptop or reliable computer access, and you should be able to commute daily to Zirakpur.

Stipend / salary: 20K to 30K · Shift timings: 09:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
