Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with 5+ years of experience to generate leads, close sales, and support marketing initiatives that grow our client base and revenue. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline) to generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients
- Coordinate with the marketing/creative team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns




- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management
- Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
