Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executives for our Cement Segment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in marketing and possess strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills. Candidates from any industry background with relevant marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market the company's cement products in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and generate current business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
- Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Achieve assigned business and marketing targets within the stipulated timelines.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
- Prior experience in marketing is mandatory.

- Strong customer relationship management and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field marketing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.

Experience Required
