Position: Sales-Marketing

Experience: 1-3

Work Location: Mumbai/New Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

· Identify potential clients, generate leads, and handle inbound sales enquiries.

· Consistently follow up with prospective accounts to convert leads into business opportunities.

· Manage customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries efficiently to build strong client relationships.

· Collaborate with internal operations teams and hand over confirmed client requirements to the designated coordinator.

· Draft professional emails and maintain clear business communication.

· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain client databases.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–3 years of core experience in Sales &

Marketing.

· Minimum 1–2 years in Shipping, Logistics, Freight

Forwarding, or NVOCC preferred.

· Solid operational understanding of import/export processes.

· Excellent verbal communication, written English,





and persuasive skills.

· Proactive follow-up and relationship management abilities.

· Basic to good computer literacy, including MS

Office and email tools.

· Demonstrated ability in inbound sales, client handling, and convincing skills.

Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Relevant industry experience is mandatory (freshers not eligible).

Business Nature

· NVOCC services for Red Sea, Africa, and Far East regions.

· Forwarding and other services for additional ports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
