Role Description The Sales Manager role at Vulcan Insurance is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata and Rest of Bengal.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering month on month sales target through agents.
Qualifications
- Strong sales leadership and team management abilities, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales, with knowledge of insurance products and mutual fund offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Having experience in Health & Life Insurance sector especially in agency or POS channel.
- Should have an existing base of Agents .
