We are looking for a result-oriented AABM who can build and manage a solid Partner/Advisor team through open-market recruitment.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in BFSI Sales & Marketing
- Graduation completed
- Strong understanding of sales and team building
- Must be a local candidate from the respective location
- Comfortable with open-market team building
- Ready to drive business through Partner/Advisor recruitment
COMPENSATION CTC: 6.00 LPA Fixed Package is non-negotiable.
