Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Agency Development Manager to expand and lead our agency distribution network. You will recruit high-potential agents, coach them to peak productivity, and drive consistent sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and strategic leader who thrives in a target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities1. Agent Recruitment & Network Expansion

- Source, interview, and recruit high-caliber insurance advisors or sales agents.
- Build a steady and robust pipeline of prospective recent recruits through networking and local activities.
- Execute company-approved onboarding and hiring mechanisms.

2. Training, Mentorship & Development

- Conduct continuous training on product knowledge, sales pitches, and field demonstrations.
- Coach agents on daily prospecting habits, client communication, and time management.
- Identify skill gaps and partner with training teams to improve agent performance.

3. Sales Target Achievement

- Drive revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor team performance metrics daily and weekly to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Improve agent retention, productivity, and business persistency.

4. Relationship Management & Customer Centricity





- Foster a positive, collaborative environment within the agency team.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring agents deliver exceptional service and maintain customer loyalty.
- Resolve client or agent escalations promptly and professionally.

5. Compliance & Market Insights

- Ensure all agency operations strictly follow company policies and industry regulations.
- Track local competitor activities and market trends to spot new growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Any Graduation
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management (experience in the insurance or financial sector is a strong plus).
- Leadership Skills: Track record of recruiting, managing, and inspiring individuals or teams to achieve targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to review performance reports, analyze productivity data, and build practical action plans

Preferred candidate profile Candidate Should have Graduation and good communication skill
