Looking to hire an experienced and results-driven skilled for the position of Sales Manager – Used 2-Wheeler Finance at Sarvotam Leasing and Real Estates Ltd. (which is a registered NBFC, now expanding its operations in other products and sectors).

We are looking for energetic, street-smart, and highly motivated sales professionals to build our Used 2-Wheeler product and Dealer Network across in Punjab.

This is a field-intensive role focused on dealer acquisition, relationship management, and business sourcing in the used vehicle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Travel across Punjab to identify and onboard used 2-wheeler dealers

Build strong relationships with dealership owners and sales staff

Source finance business through dealer channels

Generate and maintain a healthy monthly disbursement pipeline

Conduct dealer meetings, market visits,



and competitor mapping

Ensure smooth coordination between dealers and internal operations team

Track leads, conversions, collections coordination, and dealer productivity

Expand company presence in assigned territories

Candidate Profile

Experience in vehicle finance / used vehicle ecosystem preferred

Strong local market understanding of Punjab

Good communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with extensive field travel

Self-driven with aggressive sales attitude

Ability to build long-term dealer relationships

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
