Job Summary:

Krish Group is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable projects, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment preferences.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective clients to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.




- Negotiate with customers and assist in the booking and closure process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, Legal, Accounts, and other internal teams wherever required.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Gurugram/Gurgaon real estate will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Gurugram's real estate market will be an added advantage.

Salary: Competitive salary + Attractive Incentives, based on experience and performance. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
