We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Telecalling / Telesales team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting loan products, and converting prospects into customers through outbound and inbound calls. Your strong communication skills and persuasive ability will drive business growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and DSA services.

- Handle inbound inquiries, provide product details, and guide customers through the application process.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a seamless experience.

- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve telesales strategies.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 year in telesales,



telecalling, or customer service, preferably in the financial services sector (loans, banking, or NBFCs).

- Skills: Excellent Hindi and English communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Education: Graduate (any stream); additional certification in sales or finance is a plus.

- Tools: Proficient in CRM software, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.

- Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.
