- Job Summary

Golpo Food Court Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Malda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure strong customer engagement and business growth.




- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Candidates from Food & Beverage, Food Court, Hospitality, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.
- Good knowledge of the Malda local market will be an advantage.
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
