HIRING – OOH MEDIA SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 3–8 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven OOH Media Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Outdoor Advertising industry and experience in generating business through brands, advertising agencies, media buying houses, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Sell OOH and DOOH advertising solutions including Billboards, Metro Media, Airport Advertising, Transit Media, Retail Branding, Digital Screens, and Experiential Activations.
- Prepare media proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely collections.





Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–8 years of experience in OOH Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong network with advertising agencies, media planners, and corporate marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Sound understanding of outdoor media planning and advertising solutions.
