We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager who can independently handle sales activities, acquire new clients/projects, understand client requirements, and convert leads into confirmed projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and project acquisition skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Acquire new projects from clients and understand their complete requirements.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project confirmation/closure.
- Contact potential clients through calls, meetings, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions with clients.




- Coordinate with the internal team after project confirmation to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads, prospects, and ongoing negotiations.
- Maintain proper records of leads, projects, client discussions, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify recent business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and presentations whenever required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
