We’re hiring: Sales Manager – Open Access Solar PPA

Company: SKY VOLT Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Rajasthan | C&I; customers across India

SKY VOLT is looking for a Sales Manager to develop and close open access solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with commercial and industrial customers.

What you’ll do

- Identify C&I; customers with suitable electricity demand and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Engage with business owners, energy managers, procurement teams and decision makers.




- Review customer electricity bills, consumption patterns and existing power costs to assess PPA opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate tariff discussions, due diligence and contract negotiations.
- Work with SKY VOLT’s technical, legal and project teams to take opportunities from initial discussion through PPA signing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reports and follow up consistently to meet agreed sales targets.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in open access solar, renewable energy PPAs, C&I; power sales or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, commercial negotiations and the open access sales process.
- Ability to explain project economics clearly and build long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
