We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales activities, generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve business growth targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and expanding the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Track sales leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of sales executives when required.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain the company’s brand standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Experience in IT, software, digital services, or technology-related sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to handle client meetings and field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
