Muthoot Finance is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – LAP to drive business growth and manage a sales team in the Loan Against Property vertical.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LAP sales and should be currently handling LAP products, with good market knowledge and an established network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and direct customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive LAP business and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Generate business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and direct sourcing.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the LAP customer base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation Login Sanction Disbursement.
- Monitor team performance, pipeline and daily sales activities.
- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure strong customer and channel-partner relationships for repeat and referral business.
Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services.
- Must have hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Candidates currently handling LAP business will be preferred.
- Experience in team handling and business development.
- Strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers and builders will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
