The role
● Call new leads from the website, WhatsApp, ads, and camps, and follow up on every quote until it becomes a booking or a clear no.
● Update every call, status, and next step in the CRM the same day
● Call back past customers for repeat and long-term care (12/24-hour nurses, caregivers) and calls doctor and visit to their clinic for tie ups .
● Build referral partners among doctors, clinics, hospitals, housing societies, and corporates
● Track market trends, competitor pricing, and what customers keep asking for,
and share it with the team
● Report daily calls, conversions, and lost reasons in five lines
Who this is for
● 0–3 years in sales or tele-sales; healthcare, diagnostics, or insurance sales is a big plus
● You're comfortable making 80+ calls a day and follow up.
● A clear, courteous, and confident communicator, fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
● Organised: you know where every lead stands
● You explain services honestly and never overpromise to a worried family
