We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with solid experience in the construction industry to drive business development and sales for residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting meetings and site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop current business opportunities for construction projects.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, direct sales, and other channels.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Meet clients, understand their construction requirements, and present company solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals as per company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Design, Project, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify current business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and building processes.
- Proven sales and business development experience.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to independently manage clients and close projects.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential construction, villa construction, turnkey construction, or premium/luxury home projects. Pay: ₹14,382.15 - ₹70,117.26 per month
