Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Alappuzha.

The Sales

Manager will lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve dealership sales objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing showroom operations, overseeing customer interactions, guiding team members on product presentations, test drives, and closing sales. The role involves developing and implementing sales plans, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, lenders, and other partners.





The Sales

Manager will also ensure accurate reporting, adherence to Mahindra & Mahindra sales processes, and continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management, including team leadership and target achievement.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Ability to plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to drive showroom traffic.
- Comfort with basic sales reporting, forecasting, and use of CRM or dealership management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local market in Alappuzha and surrounding areas; prior experience with automotive brands is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
