We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in medical and pharmaceutical product packaging. The candidate should have strong B2B sales and business development experience, technical knowledge of packaging solutions, and the ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sales for medical-grade and pharmaceutical packaging solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer specifications and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
- Handle customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely follow-up and order execution.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify recent market opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, quality, technical, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts,
and customer/business updates for management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Travel extensively for customer meetings, business development, and product demonstrations.
Required Skills & Candidate Profile
- Graduate candidate with 8–10 years of relevant sales/business development experience specifically in medical or pharmaceutical packaging.
