Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role which includes travelling. This role is responsible for leading sales activities, including managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

The Sales

Manager will set and monitor sales targets, prepare forecasts and reports, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with customers, presenting product solutions, negotiating terms, coordinating with production and logistics for timely delivery, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Manager will also mentor sales staff, implement sales processes and pricing strategies, and represent KT Adhesive at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications and Responsibilities





- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or industrial product sales, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Develop dealer and distributor networks.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify new segments, and develop effective sales strategies and territory plans.
- Conduct market visits, present products with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, practical terms and follow up enquiries. Also maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur as well as outside Jaipur and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-focused approach, and ability to work independently with accountability for results.
