We are looking for a high-performing Sales Leader with strong experience in Residential & Commercial Real Estate and proven expertise in Channel Sales & Channel Partner Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
- Handle Channel Partners (CPs) and build strong CP relationships
- Identify, onboard, activate & manage new Channel Partners
- Solid understanding of how Channel Partners work and their business models
- Drive business through Channel Sales, Corporate Tie-ups & Syndicate Model
- Build and manage Syndicate/CP networks for maximum business generation
- Prepare & execute AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for sales, revenue & business growth




- Develop sales strategies and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Generate new business opportunities through direct, channel & corporate routes
- Conduct CP meetings, training, project presentations & performance reviews
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS and report to management
- Manage customer relationships, negotiations & site visits
- Track market trends, pricing, competition and upcoming projects
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve targets

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong Channel Sales / Channel Partner Management experience
- Knowledge of Syndicate Model
- Understanding of AOP, sales planning & forecasting
- Strong network of Channel Partners/Brokers preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
