We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, generate new leads, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Set individual and team-wise sales targets and monitor performance.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Handle leads, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and property/site visits.
- Guide the sales team in converting leads into successful bookings and sales.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and customers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and review daily/weekly sales performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Assist the team in negotiations and closing important sales deals.




- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance updates, and target reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer and sales records.
- Train and develop sales team members to improve their performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate, construction, property sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales and lead-conversion techniques.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
