Key responsibilities
- Lead sales planning for Jabalpur and assigned nearby territories.
- Build distributor, retailer, institutional and B2B relationships.
- Coach Sales Executives and review targets, coverage and collections.
- Drive market expansion across retail, schools, hospitals, NGOs and workplaces.
- Prepare weekly sales, stock, collection and market-development reports.
What we are looking for
- Solid leadership, communication and sales-planning ability.
- Comfort with field-market development and team coordination.
- FMCG, hygiene, retail, distribution or B2B experience is an advantage.
