Sales Executive

Experience: 0–2 years

Requirements:

- Freshers with strong communication skills or up to 2 years of sales experience
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Confident, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Valuable convincing and client-handling ability

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and close sales
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Report daily activity and pipeline to Sales Manager

Sales Manager Experience: 2–5 years

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of proven experience leading a sales team, with a sharp, result-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the sales executive team
- Set targets, track performance, and drive strategy
- Handle key client relationships and escalations
- Report sales numbers and forecasts to management
