Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B (Field Role | Mumbai Maharashtra)

Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and field-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales across Mumbai Maharashtra. This role involves meeting partners on-ground, building strong relationships, and expanding our network of operators and vendors.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, comfortable with outreach and client meetings, and capable of independently managing and growing a territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across Mumbai Maharashtra to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and onboard B2B partners, vendors, and operators
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetups
- Pitch products/services and close business deals
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution

Requirements & Skills





- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Willingness to travel across Uttrakhand
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in exhibitions, trade fairs, or industry events
- Existing network of B2B operators/vendors
- Knowledge of regional markets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new B2B partnerships/onboardings
- Revenue and sales target achievement
- Lead conversion rate
