? We're hiring: Sales Manager at iMarketto iMarketto is a new performance marketing agency. We help brands grow through Web and App campaigns across Google, Meta, DSPs, OEMs, Influencers and Affiliates, and every plan is built around the client's goals.

We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to bring new clients to iMarketto and help build the agency from the ground up.

What you'll do

? Find, pitch and win new clients across D2C, e-commerce, fintech, gaming, edtech and app-first businesses

? Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation and closing

? Understand client goals in depth and work with our performance team on tailored growth plans

? Build a solid pipeline and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

? Represent iMarketto at industry events, on LinkedIn and across your network

What we're looking for

✅ 5+ years in sales or business development at a digital or performance marketing agency or an ad-tech company

✅ A solid understanding of performance marketing: CPI, CPA,



ROAS and user acquisition

✅ An active network of brand marketers, growth heads or founders

✅ A proven record of meeting or beating targets

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a hunger to build something new
