? Key Responsibilities

- Drive Business & Skilled Loan sales and achieve targets
- Generate business through Open Market, Branch, Referral & Digital Partner channels
- Build strong customer and channel-partner relationships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement
- Develop the local market and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth case processing

? Ideal Candidate

✔ 3–6 years of relevant sales experience

✔ Experience in Business Loans / Professional Loans / MSME / LAP / Retail Lending preferred

✔ Strong market connect and customer acquisition skills

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
