We are hiring Pharma Sales Manager, for one of our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pharma Sales Leader to drive membership enrollment, pharmacy sales, and channel partnerships across Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for achieving field-level revenue targets while building and managing a network of retail pharmacy partners, referral agents, and community touch points.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of health membership plans and pharmacy products within the assigned territory.
- Identify, onboard, and manage retail pharmacy and clinic partnerships.
- Build and mentor a team of field sales executives / referral agents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential micro-territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with clinical operations and diagnostics teams for lead conversion and service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update reports through CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in Pharma or Healthcare.




- Experience in health insurance or healthcare sales will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Andhra Pradesh local market.
- Experience managing distributor, retailer, pharmacy, or channel partner relationships.
- Valuable team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Telugu fluency is required; Hindi/English working proficiency preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and willingness for extensive field travel.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with Pharma / Healthcare field sales experience are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in pharmacy sales, health memberships, or healthcare products will be preferred.
- Candidates should have strong local market knowledge across Andhra Pradesh.
- Candidates should be comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Candidates with team handling experience will be preferred.
