SHAZES, the parent company of Flyira, is hiring a Sales Manager to grow retail, distributor, institutional and B2B sales for its women’s hygiene business in Hyderabad.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage distributor, retailer and institutional relationships.
- Drive monthly sales targets, market coverage and repeat orders.
- Guide field sales activity, outlet visits and follow-up reporting.
- Identify local growth opportunities across retail, schools, hospitals, NGOs and workplaces.
- Maintain accurate sales, collection and market feedback records.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in FMCG, hygiene, retail or B2B sales.
- Comfort with field travel and target-based work.
- Freshers with solid potential and experienced candidates are welcome.
