Sales Head Real Estate

1. Purpose To lead the sales function, achieve revenue targets, build a strong sales team, and drive sales growth across real estate projects.

- Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve project-wise revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including target allocation and performance monitoring.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Generate and manage leads, customer enquiries, site visits, and conversions.
- Build solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and key customers.
- Drive sales for residential, plotted, commercial, and other real estate projects.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer handling and sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections to management.




- Develop and implement channel partner and referral programs to increase sales.
- Ensure proper follow-up on bookings, payments, documentation, and customer commitments.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth and project expansion.

4. Preferred Qualification
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with experience in leading large sales teams and multiple projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
