? Candidate Profile
✅ Minimum 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry
✅ Experience in Health Insurance / Agency Channel preferred
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Ability to recruit, manage and develop agents/partners
✅ Good understanding of sales and business development
? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the agency/partner network
- Recruit and onboard new agents
- Generate Health Insurance business through the agency channel
- Build solid relationships with agents and partners
- Train and support the team to achieve business targets
- Drive sales growth across the assigned location
