Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth by acquiring and onboarding insurance brokers onto the company's Employee Benefits technology platform.

- Build and nurture relationships with insurance brokers, insurance companies, TPAs, and key industry stakeholders.

- Demonstrate the value proposition of the platform and conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions.

- Identify opportunities to expand platform adoption across broker networks and Employee clients.

- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and partner onboarding.

- Develop strategic partnerships that increase platform usage and revenue.

- Stay updated on Employee Benefits market trends, broker requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
