Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Indore.

The Sales

Manager will lead and manage a local sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance against goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with dealers and customers, conducting product presentations, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.





The Sales

Manager will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of G-Byke’s electric vehicle product portfolio to effectively position offerings in the market.

Qualifications

- Strong sales management and business development skills, including experience setting targets, driving revenue growth, and managing sales pipelines.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with dealers, distributors, and end customers.
- Ability to analyze market trends, interpret sales data, and prepare explicit, actionable reports and forecasts.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining technical product features in simple terms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and on-site meetings efficiently.
- Experience in automotive, electric vehicles, or related manufacturing industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
