About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building solid client relationships, and closing high-value deals in the sports infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales strategy and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across schools, educational institutions, sports academies, builders, architects, and private clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to generate repeat and referral business
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, client meetings,



proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review
- Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B/institutional sales, preferably in sports infrastructure, construction, education, or related sectors
- Strong network and relationship-building skills with schools, architects, builders, and institutional clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting and pipeline tracking
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
