We've delivered 2,300+ client transformations and are scaling our coaching delivery team to keep pace with growth. What You’ll Do Sales Responsibilities: Take Google Meeting sales calls with inbound leads Understand their health goals, challenges, and motivation Pitch our online coaching program with confidence and empathy Follow up and close high-ticket coaching plans (USD/CAD)Requirements Must Have: Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken)Strong communication skills Presentable and groomed on Camera Experience in online sales / high-ticket sales Comfortable handling video calls and objections Highly disciplined, accountable,
and committed Ability to consistently work night shifts Background in fitness / nutrition / coaching Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week10 Hours/Day (Strict Commitment)Night Shift (IST): 9:30 PM IST to 7:30 AM ISTThis role requires full discipline, availability, and consistency.

This includes: A reliable laptop or desktop computer. High-speed Wi-Fi connection with backup option. A smartphone for communication (Whats App, calls, etc.). Quiet & presentable environment with good lighting suitable for Google Meeting video calls with clients. Headset/mic or equipment that ensures clear audio and video quality. It is your responsibility to ensure these requirements are consistently met during your employment.
