Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the UPS, Solar Inverter, Battery Charger, and Power Electronics segment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying current market opportunities across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including dealers, distributors, EPCs, system integrators, and industrial clients
- Manage and grow key accounts through effective relationship management and commercial negotiations
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable power and energy solutions
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into successful closures




- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in coordination with the Business Manager
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Pre-Sales, Service, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution
- Maintain updated records in CRM for all sales activities

Candidate Profile

- Age: 30 40 years (Preferred)
- Strong experience in UPS / Solar / Power Electronics sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Technical understanding of power solutions is an added advantage
