Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

- Manage and expand the sales network across the assigned territory/zone.

- Identify new dealers, distributors, contractors, and business opportunities.

- Manage relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and key customers.

- Drive primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned market.

- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Ensure effective territory coverage and achievement of sales objectives.

- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and other channel partners.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular performance updates.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

- Support product promotion, market expansion, and brand visibility initiatives.

- Guide and monitor the performance of the sales team, where applicable.





- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with experience as Area Sales Manager (ASM), Territory Sales Manager, Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM), Territory Sales Executive/Manager, or similar sales roles.

- Experience in Territory Sales, Area Sales, Zonal Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer/Distributor Management, and Business Development.

- Strong experience in handling dealers, distributors, channel partners, contractors, and key customers.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing recent markets.

- Strong market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and team-handling skills.

- Candidates from building materials, uPVC/Aluminium windows & doors, construction, hardware, or related industries will be preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple territories/markets and drive business growth.
