- Expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients across the developer and contractor community of Mumbai.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline capable of delivering the agreed sales budget.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable customer relationships.
- Take accountability for all customer-related credit interactions and ensure timely resolution of credit matters.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth and effective project execution and delivery for customers.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management. Qualifications

Required (Education and Technical)
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Construction) OR Business (Finance or Sales Marketing)
- At least 5 years sales experience in construction supply market especially to mid-low rise residential and commercial buildings
- Experience in leading a channel or distribution sales team in a multinational OR large Indian conglomerate
- Experience in selling a premium product
- Proven knowledge and job site experience in Indian construction market
- Strong sales management experience in negotiation and closing.




- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high performing sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Required (Attributes and Motivation)
