Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the events industry, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the event planning and rental teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.




- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A network of industry contacts is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
