Sales Manager – Soft Toys, Merchandise & Toys

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the soft toys, toys, merchandise, gifting, or consumer products industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, expanding distribution channels, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients, distributors, dealers, retailers, and B2B customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, exhibitions, and other channels.
- Handle sales of soft toys, toys, merchandise, gifting products, and related consumer products.
- Explore opportunities across retail stores, e-commerce, corporate gifting, institutional sales, and distribution networks.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial terms for clients.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, order quantities, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor orders from enquiry to closure and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfilment.




- Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks in new markets.
- Track market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within defined timelines.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and industry events when required.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, design, and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in toys, soft toys, merchandise, gifting, FMCG, lifestyle products, or consumer goods.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, distribution, retail, or institutional sales.
- Existing network of retailers, distributors, dealers, corporate clients, or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
- Robust negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹14,382.15 - ₹60,117.26 per month
