Qualification MBA / PGDM Sales Marketing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, commercial establishments, IT parks, hospitals, hotels, and other institutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized facility management solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, commercial proposals, and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and handover to Operations.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand operational requirements.
- Participate in RFPs, tenders, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.




- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
