Qualification : Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Exp : 2+ years of experience in sales or retail management preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with good team management abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
