Job Responsibilities

- Drive residential real estate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with HNI clients, investors, developers, and customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Provide professional property consultation and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain sales pipeline and customer details in CRM.

Candidate Profile




- 1–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Real estate sales experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and presentable.
- Experience handling HNI/premium customers is an advantage.
- Must own a bike/car with a valid driving licence and vehicle documents.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
