Sales Manager – ASMA Residencies Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, corporate leasing, real estate

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ASMA’s corporate client base.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with MNCs, embassies, and corporate clients.

· Drive revenue growth through corporate leasing, serviced apartments, and facility management services.

· Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with clients.

· Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.

· Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.

· Maintain Sales MIS.

Key Requirements

· Proven track record in corporate sales, business development,



or leasing.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

· Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.

· Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
