AI BI Street Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive business growth across key territories.

Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai

Experience: 6-10 Years

Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:• Expand business across assigned territories and target markets.

- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer acquisition.
- Secure project specifications with Consultants, MEP Contractors, and Key Stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Manage multi-state sales activities and territory development.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct sales forecasting and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities effectively.

Required Skills:• Strong B2B Sales experience in MEP, Fire Protection Products, Industrial Equipment, Valves, or Pumps.




- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Experience in Key Account Management and handling large project-based sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi preferred for Western region).
- Strong market development and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience with sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
