- Generate new business leads through calls, visits, references, and online channels.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and services.

- Promote IT Hardware, Networking, CCTV, Server Solutions, Software, AMC, and IT Services.

- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.

- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collection.
